In 2015, Cibelle Rodrigues, unemployed and with a degree in Administration, left her job as a financial analyst. Like many people, she saw the dramatic moment as a calling to entrepreneurship.
Together with his partner Alice Lins, he started the Temaki Portal in Paulista, in the RMR, a lover of cooking, he thought of several things.
As Maranguape 1 is a populous neighborhood and there was nothing like it, however, we took the plunge and opened it”, recalls Cybelle.

Cooking
In fact, the restaurant serves oriental-inspired cuisine, adapted to the tastes of the local public, offering all-you-can-eat meals and many items with cream cheese.
So much so that Cybelle went straight from unemployment to the world of sushi and has no regrets.
The brand was successful and so the partners expanded, three years after its founding, opening a branch on one of Olinda's main streets, Rua do Carmo. North East.
Recently, the Olinda unit of Portal do Temaki has the most popular menu item – the Mega Supremo, a 1kg super temaki, without seaweed.
Wrapped in a thick slice of salmon, and stuffed with rice, cream cheese, fish paste and breaded shrimp.
Menu
The cost is R$$ 53 and serves about three people, then there is the Mega option and the all-you-can-eat option, which never stops arriving at the tables.
The all-you-can-eat menu includes hossomaki, uramaki, carioca, sunomono, and temaki, as well as Chinese dishes like yakisoba and fried rolls. It costs R$1,400,000.
One look at the menu is enough to realize that Cybelle, who manages the kitchen alongside a team of cooks, is a master.
It's easy to spot some creative touches, such as the shitake temaki (R$ 15) and the truffle salmon tataki (R$ 25).
Cybelle is the brains behind menu research and says that whenever she can, she "raises" a recipe with a touch here and there of entrepreneurship.
