Elizabeth advises passengers to arrive at the terminal early, purchase tickets in advance and be careful with their belongings.
“People should be careful with their luggage, documents and cell phones so as not to forget them on buses and in the terminal itself.
We even recommend that luggage be identified with the name and contact information so that in case of forgetfulness we can find the owners.
We have a lost and found section here in the terminal and on our website where people can report their loss and recover their belongings,” he advises.
