Moro's testimony was eagerly awaited by many protesters, as we saw yesterday the crowds (undue from the point of view of caution with the coronavirus) between supporters of the former judge and Bolsonaro supporters.

Former Minister of Justice and Public Security Sergio Moro, who is now being called Judas, gave testimony for more than eight hours this Saturday (2) at the Federal Police (PF) Superintendence, in Curitiba.

Moro's testimony was one of the longest, starting shortly after 2 pm and ending around 10:40 pm. Moro left the building in the early hours of this Sunday (3), through the back, without giving an interview.

According to information from Globo, Moro was questioned about the accusations that President Jair Bolsonaro tried to interfere in the work of the Federal Police and in investigations related to family members. The accusations were made by the former minister when he announced his departure from the government, a week ago.

Em Curitiba, depoimento de Sergio Moro dura mais de 8 horas na PF

Moro's testimony caused a major crisis in the Government.

Much has been said about the evidence that Moro presented. The investigation was authorized by the Supreme Federal Court (STF) to investigate whether Moro's accusations are true. If they are not, the former minister could be held accountable in court for false accusations and crimes against honor.

Furthermore, according to information from the editorial of O Globo this Sunday, the testimony was ordered by Minister Celso de Mello, the rapporteur of the case, and was collected in person by PF delegates and accompanied by prosecutors who had authorization from the STF minister. They are: João Paulo Lordelo Guimarães Tavares, Antonio Morimoto and Hebert Reis Mesquita.

According to information published by the press, Moro was heard in a large room with the recommended distance due to the coronavirus and with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

A curious detail in this case is that the testimony was conducted by delegate Christiane Correa Machado, head of the Special Investigations Service (Sinq)

In testimony to the Federal Police, Moro reiterates allegations and presents new evidence against Bolsonaro
