It is not just the height of the skyscrapers in Balneário Camboriú that is impressive in terms of numbers. Luxury apartments can also have prices that reach sky-high. The Epic Tower, a building inaugurated on Saturday (29) by the construction company FG, has units that cost between R$1.4 million and R$1.4 million. It is possibly a new record in the region.

The price doesn't put off the wealthy, as most of the 50 available units have already been sold. What matters is luxury: the apartments have between 4 and 5 suites, indoor pool options and a host of other treats.

Form of the Enterprise

THE enterprise, which is the 52nd delivered by the construction company, has a curved facade, in glass skin. The architectural style means that each apartment has its own design and different size. There are 55 floors, and one apartment per floor.

A good part of the building – over 1,600 square meters – is a leisure area. Home clubs are a trend, and in this case they include an infinity pool and a covered wet bar equipped with a beer cooler, draft beer tap and champagne cooler carved in stone.

With the delivery of Epic Tower, the construction company has completed more than 2,750 apartment units delivered in Santa Catarina. FG is preparing to launch a 100-story building, which is expected to be the tallest building in Latin America – currently held by Yachthouse by Pininfarina, also located in Balneário Camboriú.

At the same time, the project, which will have Luciano Hang as a partner, is in the approval phase. The land where it will be built is still being kept confidential.

The tallest building in Brazil and also the tallest twin towers in Latin America are under construction in the Santa Catarina city of Balneário Camboriú. However, the city continues to build giant buildings and break its own apartment records.

As usual, we visited Balneário Camboriú and sent our drone to capture incredible images of the jungle of buildings.

Although the highlight is in Barra Sul where the tallest building in Balneário Camboriú is being built, which stands out on the city's skyline. In the photo below, the twin towers already had more than 80 floors built.
