It's not a myth or fake news; both customers and non-customers can now place orders via Facebook Messenger. Service is handled by a bot, a robot, and the necessary data is sent via the messaging app.
However, it's worth remembering that the analysis must undergo a double security check, which is performed by both the Facebook platform and the bank. Confirmation is sent via email.
"Our studies show that our customers are on Facebook, so why not offer our products on this channel, which is more user-friendly and less bureaucratic?" says Banco Pan.
It's important to remember that Banco Pan's most basic credit card option has no annual fee. According to the bank, the number of card requests in the second quarter was 51% higher than in the same quarter of 2018.
