BNDS has made it much easier for companies and micro-entrepreneurs to grow with its financing facilities. So if you want to invest in the growth of your company, and don't know where to start, we can help you.
BNDS Financing: How to apply? To begin, we will list who can apply for this benefit. To qualify, you must be in one of these situations:
– Companies based in Brazil;
– Individual entrepreneurs (natural or legal person)
– Individual microentrepreneurs (legal entity);
– Public entities or bodies, of direct and indirect administration, at the Federal, State, Municipal and Federal District levels;
– Private law foundations and associations;
– Cooperatives;
– Individuals domiciled and resident in the country, as long as they carry out economic activities and are duly registered, such as truck drivers and rural producers;
– Consortiums and condominiums that carry out productive activities;
– Unions and clubs.
If you have a company or even fit into any of these options, you can apply for financing from BNDS, but to do so you need to meet these requirements:
– Be up to date with fiscal, tax and social obligations;
– Present a satisfactory registration;
– Have the ability to pay;
– Have sufficient guarantees to cover the risk of the operation;
– Not be in a credit recovery regime;
– Comply with legislation relating to imports, in the case of financing for the import of machinery and equipment; and
– Comply with environmental legislation.
If you fit into these criteria, the next step is simple: you can apply for financing directly from BNDS or from an accredited financial institution.
As BNDS does not have physical branches, you generally request financing directly through the company you are interested in acquiring resources for your company, which may be machinery, loans, vehicles, and when you contact the company, ask for the option of financing through BNDS.
