There are 25 days left to submit the 2020 Personal Income Tax Return (IRPF), and more than 7.5 million taxpayers have already submitted their returns. As of 5 pm this Thursday (26), 7,518,007 people had sent their tax return to the Federal Revenue Service.
This number is equivalent to 23.5% of the 32 million declarations expected for this year. The submission period began on March 2 and will last until 11:59 pm on April 30.

Who submitted the IR before
Taxpayers who filed their tax return early and correctly have priority in receiving their refund. People over 60 years of age, with serious illnesses or physical disabilities also receive their refund earlier.
The declaration generator program is available on the Federal Revenue website. Those who choose to use mobile devices, such as tablets or smartphones, you can download the Meu Imposto de Renda application from the Google Play store, for the Android operating system, and the App Store, for the iOS operating system.
