Ministry from the Health allocates R$126.6 million to 184 municipalities in Ceará to help face the crisis caused by the new coronavirus.
Concerning the state government, the share is R$1,400,000,000 directly. This information is in the Official Gazette of the Union last Thursday (9).
The amount is intended to cover the costs of public health actions and services, Basic Care Floor (PAB) and Medium and High Complexity (MAC) groups
.
These are focused on primary health care activities, outpatient and hospital care.
The Ministry of Health is making transfers and Fortaleza alone will receive R$1,400,000 to combat the pandemic.
The Ceará Health Department, as of this Friday (10), through the IntegraSUS platform, reported (as of 5 pm this Friday) 67 deaths from Covid-19 and 1,558 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus (Sars-Cov-2) in the state.
According to the ordinance, municipalities that already receive funds earmarked for medium and high complexity care will be entitled to an additional monthly installment of an equivalent amount. Those that do not receive this amount will be entitled to the same amount allocated to primary care.
The money sent is a monthly portion of what each state or municipality already receives for medium and high complexity actions or primary care.
IntegraSUS – Fortaleza
The Ceará Health Department (IntegraSUS) tool released a statement this Friday (10). At the very least, 103 of the 121 neighborhoods in Fortaleza already have cases of residents infected with the new coronavirus.
The map provided by this system indicates that the Meireles neighborhood, in Region II, is the one with the largest number of infected people, with a number greater than 129 people.
Also in Region II, the Aldeota neighborhood is not far behind, with between 78 and 103 cases.
Still in the same area, the Dionísio Torres and Cocó neighborhoods have between 27 and 52 cases, similar numbers to the Cidade dos Funcionários neighborhood, in Regional VI.
