Those who thought that coronavirus deaths were just a case of alarmist statistics from the press are now seeing for themselves that this is not exactly the case.
Brazil is following the same behavior that many other countries adopted at the beginning of the pandemic: minimizing the disease and giving little importance to its lethality. Unfortunately, for every action there is an equal or proportionally greater action. This is Newton's law, this is the law of the Universe.
Our purpose here is to keep you well informed about everything that is happening regarding the main news involving the global coronavirus pandemic and all other events related to the economy and finances.

Coronavirus deaths in SP surpass murders.
Coronavirus deaths are already three times higher than the usual deaths in São Paulo. This information is based on police reports from the São Paulo State Department of Public Safety, which cover violent deaths, including cases of intentional homicide, robbery, and bodily harm resulting in death.
More than 1,300 deaths from Covid-19 in the state of SP in a short period.
All of this in just a short 38-day period. This is more than triple the number of homicides recorded in the same period last year (359 cases).
Just this last Thursday (23), the number of coronavirus victims in a single day reached its highest point so far, with 211 records, measures are being taken, but there is still no greater awareness among the population.
Furthermore, the survey considers the interval between March 17 (date of the first death from the disease in the state in 2020) and April 23.
Another important fact to note, according to official bulletins, is that the number of victims of the disease in these 38 days of this year (1,345) is higher than the number of homicides in the first 114 days of 2019, when there were 1,044 cases of murder.
