Plaenge decided to prioritize the health and safety of its employees and, in compliance with decree no. 14,208 of the Municipal Government of Campo Grande, granted collective vacations for 30 days, starting today (23).
Although for all its employees working on construction sites within Campo Grande, the measure affects approximately 700 employees, who will have their rights and salaries guaranteed.
Therefore, the construction company made this decision in agreement with the Intermunicipal Union of the Construction Industry of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul (Sinduscon/MS).

In light of this, all ongoing works by the Plaenge Group, which includes the companies Plaenge Campo Grande, Plaenge Urbanismo, Vanguard and Plenart, will be halted from Monday onwards, resuming on April 22.

The company has also closed its showroom to customers and visitors between Mato Grosso and Via Park Avenues since last Saturday (21). However, it provides commercial service through its digital channels, such as Telephone, WhatsApp, Chat, APP, Customer Portal and social media. The administrative sectors continue to operate normally, practically entirely via home office.
