Residencial De Luxo Em Balneário Camboriú É Lançado Por Tonino Lamborghini 22 de fevereiro de 2020

The Tonino Lamborghini Residences Balneário Camboriú will be built on the corner of streets 4600 and 4502, close to Marina Tedesco.

Although it promises to become a new landmark on the beach skyline, which is home to many of the country's tallest buildings, whether due to its height – the tower will be 170 m – or the design of its facade.

We'd like our projects to always stand out among the stars. We won't reach the moon, but we'd like to be seen from afar.

However, the most important thing is design, because I produce design, and if we can combine beauty with visibility, even better.

Architecture and Design

We mustn't forget that design, beauty, is culture. To understand beauty, one must be culturally prepared, because a line, a design, a detail carries with it an entire historical world.

Even though it is interpreted in an ultramodern way, Tonino Lamborghini points out in an exclusive interview with HAUS,

President of the brand, describing the characteristics of Tonino Lamborghini's first venture on Brazilian soil.

“Thus, the building’s facade, designed by the Curitiba-based firm Baggio Schiavon Arquitetura, features contemporary lines, with an aerodynamic design and lighting project.

This evokes movement and makes subtle references to the automotive sector (such as the facade's grille), which created the foundations for the success and aura of luxury that surrounds the Lamborghini family name.

"We started with a super-contemporary concept, with very fluid, organic lines. We played with rounded shapes, connecting the base with the tower [of the building] and creating horizontal wings that repeat, but with dynamic movement, to avoid monotony," explains architect Flávio Schiavon.

“The interior design follows the same concept, designed by Vanessa Larré Arquitetura e Interiores.

The highlight is the finishes (coatings and metals) and furniture in the common and leisure areas produced in Italy with the Tonino Lamborghini residential brand.

“The concept of movement, with architectural lines Soft and timeless, the project becomes a legacy for the city. The Italian is very family-oriented and loves the things that are his.

So, we leveraged this human aspect in the design so that there aren't obsolete spaces, but rather spaces to live in," Vanessa points out. "The structure is Brazilian, but the style and aesthetic are Italian, because it has to be in keeping with our brand," adds Tonino Lamborghini.
